Mazarine | Sculpted Dining in the Heart of Mayfair by Bolt Builds

Bolt Builds conceptualized and designed the interior for Mazarine, a refined coastal French restaurant located within the Mandarin Oriental in Mayfair. The design explores fluid form, texture, and atmosphere—creating a dining environment that feels immersive, calm, and sculptural rather than literal.

Inspired by movement and material depth, the space is shaped through soft curves, layered surfaces, and a restrained, natural palette. A monolithic stone bar, sculptural lighting elements, and custom furniture anchor the room, while tactile finishes and subtle tonal variation add warmth and visual rhythm throughout.

In addition to leading the design concept, Bolt handled FFE sourcing and construction administration, ensuring continuity from early vision through final execution. The result is a cohesive, elevated dining space where architecture, furnishings, and detail work come together seamlessly to support Mazarine’s culinary experience.
